RETURNS:
KAYALis pleased to offer returns for online orders within 14 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for the returns criteria, the return items must be sent back to us WITHIN this time frame i.e. 14 days. This time duration commences from the date your order was DELIVERED to you.

If the 14-day period has lapsed since you first received your order, we can not unfortunately offer you either a refund nor an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be enclosed in the original packaging with all the tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that can be e-mailed to [email protected]
